Adult Residential Facility

Alliance Adult Solutions, LLC operates a licensed Adult Residential Facility in Palmdale, California, providing 24-hour non-medical care, supervision, and support for adults ages 18-59 with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We created this home for families who need both safety and genuine warmth, not an institutional setting.

Residents live in a calm, structured environment where trained staff are onsite around the clock to support daily routines such as personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders (non-medical), and household tasks. Just as important, we focus on emotional comfort-predictable schedules, familiar faces, and clear communication-so each person can settle in and feel secure long term.

Every resident has a Personalized Support Plan that we build together with the individual, their family, and care professionals. This plan outlines goals for independence, communication, social skills, and community life, and we review it regularly as needs change. Our Community Integration Programs bring those goals to life through escorted outings, social activities, and real-world skill-building, helping residents feel connected and confident outside the home.

For individuals who are not yet ready to move or who prefer to remain with family, our In-Home Support Services apply the same person-centered approach in their own home. This creates a smooth path: someone can begin with in-home support, then transition to residential care later without starting over with a new provider.

We also offer Virtual Consultation Sessions so families and case managers can ask questions, discuss fit, and explore options without traveling. Our eco-friendly residential environment uses mindful products and habits to support health, comfort, and a sense of respect for the space we share.

Through our Referral Program Enrollment, we partner with families and professionals who connect adults in need with our home, strengthening a local network of trusted support around every resident.
